Trust properties: Green Farm

 

John Broadbent-Jones gifted this 200 acre woodland and pasture farm to the Trust and will continue to manage it. The grass is grazed by a herd of alpacas and John has planted over 30,000 broadleaved trees in the sandy soil, replacing many of the conifers. The heathland area is home to woodlarks and Dartford warblers.
